The aforementioned principles and the provisions of the Code are binding for shareholders and administrators, for persons linked by subordinate employment relationships and for all those who work for AriesTech, whatever the relationship that binds them to it, all defined hereinafter also with the term Recipients. Recipients who violate the principles and rules contained in this Code damage the relationship of trust established with AriesTech. All recipients are required to know the Code of Ethics, to contribute to its implementation, its improvement and its dissemination. AriesTech undertakes to distribute a copy of this Code to all employees and collaborators and to disseminate its contents and objectives.
Without prejudice to compliance with the rules on free competition, all recipients are required to act in such a way as to achieve the best results in the competition. It is contrary to the company's policy to have information exchanges and / or agreements with any competitor regarding prices, pricing policies, discounts, promotions, conditions of sale, production costs: AriesTech does not in any way want to restrict or distort the free play of competition. Similarly, any form of agreement, direct or indirect, which is created or entered into with competitors in order to disturb the performance of public supply tenders is similarly prohibited. Each employee or collaborator who operates in the commercial activity is therefore invited to submit to the Management any doubt or initiative that may fall within the cases sanctioned by law, in order to operate in full compliance with the rules.
Due to the specificity of the sectors in which it operates and the activity carried out, the data and information are an integral part of the company assets. No confidential information, acquired or processed by the Recipients in the performance or on the occasion of their activity, may be used, communicated to third parties or disseminated for purposes other than institutional ones.
AriesTech establishes that recipients must refrain from providing or promising to third parties, sums of money or other benefits in any form and manner, even indirectly, to promote or favor the interests of the company, even if subjected to unlawful pressure. They cannot accept for themselves or for others such sums and / or benefits to promote or favor the interests of third parties in relations with AriesTech. Gifts of significant value are not allowed; if of modest value, they must be attributable solely to acts of mutual courtesy in the context of correct business relationships. Furthermore, they are forbidden to expose facts that do not correspond to the truth or omit information or conceal data in direct or indirect violation of the regulatory principles and internal procedural rules, so as to mislead the third party recipients of the aforementioned information. These relationships must be based on principles of mutual transparency and respect for market and competition rules, as well as current regulations. Negotiations with customers must take place according to the principles of mutual commercial fairness, good faith and respect for the commitments undertaken.

Total sharing of knowledge and a constructive environment aimed at mutual group cooperation must be guaranteed, both within the group itself and open to welcoming new stimuli from outside. Continuous personal training must be set among one's main objectives, acting to progressively increase one's knowledge in the workplace and fully sharing those already acquired. Your work must be carried out in a professional and competent manner, with assiduous precision, education and courtesy, always verifying your work before the delivery of the work carried out and possibly with detailed written documentation. The illegal use of copies and duplication of software constitutes a crime that can have serious consequences for the company and / or for the end user. Italian legislation protects software with appropriate laws, in line with technological evolution and with the directives of the European Union, which provide for criminal and administrative sanctions for those who violate these laws. Among other things, the law in force provides for incisive actions and administrative fines for those who purchase non-original software. In these terms and on the basis of current regulations, AriesTech undertakes to always supply original software products, or in authorized copies, especially if they are third-party products, necessary for the completion of a specific solution. These products must be accompanied by a license for use. If the third party software components used are integrated into the offered solution, specific mention must be made of them.

As part of every daily activity, AriesTech wants to stand out by gaining credibility and appreciation from customers. Unethical or unlawful behavior would cause the company to damage the fiduciary relationship with very serious damage to its image, reputation and credibility. The rules contained in the Code of Ethics integrate the behavior that all recipients are required to observe, by virtue of the civil and criminal laws in force and the obligations established by collective bargaining. The violation of the rules of the Code damages the relationship of trust established with AriesTech and, as it is assessed as a breach of the contractual obligations of the employment relationship or professional collaboration, pursuant to Art. 2104 of the Civil Code, can lead to disciplinary, legal or criminal actions; in the most serious cases, the violation can lead to the termination of the employment relationship, if implemented by the employee, or to the termination of the relationship, if implemented by a collaborator or third party (supplier, etc.).
